This I believe.
At Studio 3, I hope to facilitate the transformation of adult emotions into something visible.
Art journaling, soul collage, mandala making, and other simple art activities can be done alone or with others, and created in fun. But the process of doing these activities can open pathways of learning about oneself.
I am very interested in visual journaling these days, and look forward to sharing what I have learned.
