I was headed into our local hastings bookstore the other day. On a mission to find the new Jeffrey Deaver novel about James Bond, called Carte Blanche. I was being the Father's Day elf for our son. Any excuse to go shopping! Especially at a bookstore!
Anyway ~ out front in the parking lot was this little bitty lone sandal. Only about 4" in length. I imagine a child being carried by a parent. Either in a hurry to get in, or a hurry to get out. One shoe lost.
Intriguing, isn't it?
